Who: Chrome
When: T-10 seconds to emotional whiplash
What: Worlds crumble and she ends up...not home. Again.
It happened between one breath and the next. She'd been in the eternal Autumn of her old new-world performing a leap during spear practise, and come down on concrete hard enough to make her stumble and bash her knee. That wasn't what had her sit on the ground and cry, however. She wept because reaching for healing magic failed but her power boiled up at her touch. Her power took the place of the Elo to keep her alive, her power allowed her to cover her scars, her power. Illusion at her fingertips and joy in her heart...yet Mukuro was still not here. Her mind was still bleeding out for him, and that mitigated her joy and made her sorrow.
So she wept, both in joy and in sorrow, while playing illusions around herself on the ground.

Perhaps, he would be the "handy-man."
"Quite a beast to slay," he said.

He paused, "With how abandoned everything is, there must be plenty of empty housing. What are you looking for in a residence?"

She was ticking things off on her fingers, "It needs to have a room that I can dedicate to my weapon collection once I start building that up again, a washer and dryer in-unit, good sun so I can have houseplants, allow pets, and come pre-furnished."

Penrose had had locals, people who had run the government and stores. This place was completely empty, but showed evidence of having once having people. Perhaps they would show up if someone was stealing their stuff.
"Shall we look together?" he asked.

So, he's quiet for a moment, staring at Chrome like she had grown a second head with a little awe. It was an unusual expression for him.
Finally he snapped himself out of it. "I do not know," he said. He had never looked for a home before. Loki was getting way too many firsts.

"Ah, well..." she tilted her head a bit, "We can just go look at things until something seems right?"

Perhaps he should see if there was a library and move a bed into it. Or he could move the library to wherever he choose to live.

"Then I shall try to write a book," he said, finally.

"Do you wish to continue training your abilities while we are here?" he asked. Of course, he was going to have to exercise, even if this world seemed rather barren of life (though apparently had dinosaurs) Loki was not going to let his abilities waste away.

"Perhaps you can teach me as well," he said. A good teacher often learned from their students, too.
