At Her Majesty's Pleasure
Who: Ryou
What: New in town
When: Just arrived
Note: Much Britishness
Ryou's meandering through a strange, seemingly-empty city had gotten old, and he was about ready for this dream to end so that he could wake up and get back to building his new Monster World diorama. Or at least get his morning cup of tea. The frustrating thing was that he couldn't wake up. "I'm cold," he said out loud, rubbing his arms with his hands. "And I could really use a spot of tea... I don't suppose there's a tea shop in this place?"
He turned the corner, arriving at an open, cheerful intersection with empty shops lining the sidewalks. Just across the street on the very corner of the intersection, there happened to be a perfect-looking tea place that fit everything he'd ever imagined a tea shop should be. "Brilliant," he declared, crossing at the crosswalk and entering it with haste. The sign said "open" at the door, after all. "Hullo?" he called, poking his head around for the owner. It didn't take him very long to find that the place was empty, same as the city. Well... that was odd. "Rude," he declared loudly, severely disappointed that no one was available to help him out. "It's terribly unprofessional to not have someone at the counter during business hours."
He let out a sigh and wandered back outside. Even if it was a dream, he didn't like to just take things that didn't belong to him, so he would rather go without his cup of tea than possibly steal one. Even if the owner had left the shop unattended. He turned around, hopeful eyes studying the place one last time for signs of life, and then froze when he caught sight of the name of the shop. His mouth opened in a small "o", eyes widening in disbelief. "Ryou's Tea Emporium," it read, in very British lettering. That couldn't be right... could it?
Okay. This dream had officially become too confusing for him to handle. Ryou sat down on the curb, holding his head tiredly in his hands. "Alright... I would really like to wake up now..."

"Ryou? Bakura Ryou?" she chirped, more than happy to have an excuse to let the pig go. For now, at any rate. She'd have to go back to chasing it eventually. "Ah, do you know me? I know a Ryou. Assuming you're Ryou."
